  • Spearheaded the media publicity of WSG’s Career Development Framework and Career Starter Programme

  • Successfully pitched profile stories to local mainstream media to publicise the list of programmes under WSG’s Adapt and Grow initiative and highlight the interesting mid-career switch journeys:

Manager, Community Engagement & CSR @ SMRT Corp
  • Planned and executed SMRT’s “30 Years of Giving” CSR night where we launched the $30 million “Gift of Mobility” Fund. Event was attended by Minister for Social and Family Development (Mr Tan Chuan-Jin) and over 200 social service organization partners, beneficiaries and staff volunteers

  • Evaluate and pursue corporate sponsorships, with a mobility focus, that further entrench SMRT’s CSR efforts (ie. Intergenerational Playground at St Joseph’s Home, Community Chest Fu Dai 2018 and Wheels@Ubin 2018)

  • Conceptualised CSR video on inclusiveness and intergenerational interaction using SMRT’s Ghim Moh Inclusive Playground

  • Drive community engagement initiatives such as the SMRT Learning Journey, Art in Transit tours and Project Chuu Chuu and actively reached out to various stakeholders on SMRT’s rail renewal efforts (ie. Early closure / Late Opening)

  • Successfully pitched service excellence stories by SMRT staff to the media (eg. Berita Harian, Lianhe Zaobao and Channel 8 News) and also provide media support in times of major rail incidences

  • Organised the MoU signing ceremony between SAP and ASEAN Foundation and amplified SAP’s efforts to create positive social impact through media engagement across ASEAN

  • Coordinated the SAP Social Sabbatical programme across two Southeast Asia countries, which saw a total of 22 employees mentor 8 social enterprises, and secured media coverage in Vietnam and Indonesia

  • Drove the ASEAN Data Science Explorers initiative that is targeted to impact 1,000 tertiary students across Southeast Asia

  • Involved in stakeholder management with our CSR partner, ASEAN Foundation, and also with various internal teams including SAP’s Global CSR, SAP’s University Alliance, SAP BusinessObjects Analytics and SAP Public Sector team to execute on various CSR initiatives in Southeast Asia

  • Organised the first “Digital Experience Report” media campaign launched across 5 countries in Southeast Asia and which amassed a total of 97 media coverage. Travelled down to Jakarta to oversee the successful launch in Indonesia.

  • Managed the smooth running of the SEA Q4 Town Hall and the launch of the SEA Vision 2020. Responsible for preparing the presentation deck and talking points for SEA President & Managing Director, Scott Russell. Also came up with the SEA Vision 2020 tagline which was chosen by the senior management team

  • Successfully pitched story to CNBC Asia Online on SAP's technologies used by the German national team at Euro 2016

  • Liaised with the five PR agencies across SEA on a daily basis and contributed to the record achievement of 531 media coverage in Q2 2016 for the SEA team.

  • Produced email and video content (eg. FitSAP and Back to Work) as part of the internal communications strategy

  • Spearheaded the “National Design and Marketing Competition” CSR project and produced an influencer validation video with representatives from DesignLab and HOPE Singapore

  • Organised the third International Accountants Day in 2014, breaking the Singapore Book of Records for ‘the most number of people eating chilli (more than 5cm) together’ with a total of 310 participants

  • Conceptualised and executed the first marketing campaign of the Chartered Accountant of Singapore designation in July 2014. Witnessed an increase in the sign-up rate of the Singapore Qualification Programme (Singapore QP), a post-graduate qualification programme, from 189 in January 2014 to 416 in July 2015.

  • Created marketing content and handled various online media platforms (eg. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Website)

  • Involved in stakeholder management with several public sector agencies such as the Ministry of Finance, WDA Singapore, Singapore Land Authority, Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and Accountant-General’s Department

  • Co-led the Foreign Media team during the annual Singapore Airlines International Cup which hosts over 60 media

  • Increased the number of staff volunteers to over 200 over the span of 2 years as part of the Club’s Business Excellence strategy to encourage staff volunteerism

  • Engaged the Club’s first adopted charity. Planned and executed over 15 initiatives which included a charity luncheon and the first ever Club-wide teambuilding carwash, raising over $100k for the Club’s adopted charity

  • Involved in stakeholder management with Tote Board over the implementation of grant programmes in the areas of Arts, Community Development, Education and Health and with People’s Association over the annual Chingay parade
